Hi Five is a fun, whimsical, employee recognition app that encourages users to regularly give out hi fives to team members that are doing a good job.

Problem

Mile Two didn’t have an application other than Slack to send employee recognition quickly and easily.

We ultimately landed on a split-screen design with a feed of hi fives on the left and a form to send hi fives on the right. This improved the experience allowed users to view the recognition their peers are sending and quickly send a hi five on the right.
